Competencies/Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in business ITES / IT Sales / IT Software Sales and Business Development at a good technology organization
Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
Technical sales skills
Proven experience in customer relationship management and large accounts
Relevant product and industry knowledge
Solid understanding of digital sales platforms
Experience with relevant OEM/Products and corporates
Team management and collaboration skills
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
