Position Overview:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience, specifically within Medical Devices, Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceutical industries.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the specified industries.
  • Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
