Responsibilities:• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board etc.• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, LinkedIn, Jobstreet,Mynimo, Monster and Naukri.• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.**End to End Technical Recruitment is key to the success of this position.**Stakeholder Management**Client Engagement

Job Qualifications:• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffingagency recruiter)• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based,stress etc.)• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phoneinterviewing, reference check etc.)**Minimum 8 years Technical Recruitment Experience.

Good to have:**SAP Recruitment Experience.**Cloud Recruitment Experience.
