We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have over 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent in the software industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy, enhancing our talent pipeline, and ensuring we attract and hire high-quality candidates to meet our company's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top software engineering talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on job specifications and requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships for future opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust database of qualified candidates and manage talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and refine assessment processes to ensure technical accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise on hiring practices and compensation packages.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and culture to potential hires.
  • Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in and contribute to recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of software development technologies, roles, and skill sets.
  • Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives is a plus.
