Job Summary: The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top technical talent for various roles within the semiconductor sector. This role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, strong technical recruiting skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for semiconductor engineering and technical positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  1. Job Posting and Candidate Sourcing:
  • Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and social media channels.
  • Leverage your network and industry knowledge to proactively search for passive candidates.
  1. Screening and Interviewing:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with the required technical skills and experience.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  1. Candidate Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Manage candidate expectations and facilitate a positive candidate experience.
  1. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Provide insights on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation packages.
  1. Market Research and Networking:
  • Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and seminars to build a network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  1. Reporting and Metrics:
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter at least of 3-5yrs, ideally within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting technical talent, particularly in semiconductor engineering roles.
  1. Skills:
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and the technical skills required for various roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards.
  1. Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIR, AIRS) are a plus.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
