Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, screening, and recruiting technical talent . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri and other recruitment tools to actively hunt for the best talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on building a strong pipeline of candidates to meet the company’s technical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit technical candidates for various positions such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, etc.
  • Leverage job portals like Naukri , LinkedIn , and other online platforms to identify and hunt profiles that match the job requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from posting job openings to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by reaching out to potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and assessing technical qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions that attract the best candidates.
  • Conduct technical interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Track and manage candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS) , ensuring smooth and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve sourcing strategies and the overall candidate experience.
  • Assist in offer negotiations and ensure successful onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment-related activities such as job fairs , campus placements , and networking events .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of proven experience in technical recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience using Naukri , LinkedIn , and other job portals for sourcing and hunting profiles.
  • Excellent understanding of various technical roles and job requirements, such as Software Development, Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, etc.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present roles and attract potential candidates.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple job requisitions at once.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and best practices in technical recruitment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in technical recruitment within the IT, software development , or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets and current technology trends .
