Kenvue is recruiting for a Salsify Business Analyst (Lead Analyst). We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Product Information Management business analyst for Global PIM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience with Product Information Management (PIM) tools.

As a key member of our cross-functional (business and technical) team, youll play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless integration and customization of our solutions to meet 2 of our 4 global regional needs (EMEA and APAC).This candidate will play a pivotal role in executing the strategic roadmap for roll-out, delivery and value realization of MarTech capabilities (with a focus on Product Information Management). This position reports into the Senior Manager, Global TPO and is based near Kenvues regional hubs: Karnataka-Bangalore.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements & User Stories: As a Salsify Business Analyst, your primary responsibility would be to work with various stakeholders to identify and create business requirements. You would be responsible for identifying gaps, pain points, and inefficiencies in the existing process, and turning the requirements into user stories for the technical product owner to review/sign-off on. You will also work with cross-functional teams to validate data mapping requirements and maintain inbound/outbound data mapping for all regions.
  • Data Analysis: You would also be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business processes. This includes developing and maintaining agile project dashboards and reports. You will perform data mapping and analysis to ensure accurate representation of information flow and relationships between various data sources.
  • Testing and Validation: You would be responsible for testing and validating the solutions that the team configures. This includes working with the testing team to develop test cases and test plans and ensuring that the solutions are implemented correctly and meet the needs of the stakeholder following standard acceptance criteria sign-off. You will collaborate with the integration team to monitor and troubleshoot data mapping process to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Documentation and Training: You would also be responsible for creating documentation and training materials that help stakeholders understand and use the solutions that are developed. This includes creating user manuals, training videos, and other materials that help users understand how to use the solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management:Finally, you would be responsible for supporting the technical product owner with managing stakeholders and ensuring that their needs are being met. This includes working closely with business partners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions being developed meet their needs and are aligned with the overall goals of the organization and tracked through KPIs specific to product adoption, engagement, and satisfaction to leadership.
  • Scope: Spans 2 of 4 global regions, with two roles open to cover the global scope across responsibility areas such as: Supporting discovery & design of key business requirements, owning the creation and refinement of user stories to support business partners objectives and a healthy backlog, support Global TPO roadmap prioritization by clearly defining business value, feasibility, cost and delivery timelines for backlog items, supporting the engagement model between Technical and Business Partner teams to build/main the platform, utilizing clear cadences, standards, and best practices to ensure clarity and alignment on valuable features to be shipped out, supported, and scaled.

Other Duties:

  • Support the delivery and ongoing operations of multi-year product roadmaps including critical marketing centric initiatives that will create limitless value for the function and the enterprise.
  • Support the execution of individual initiatives through the development and application of standard for scope, schedule, budget, resource, and risk/issue management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in computer information systems, information technology, or computer science
  • 3+ yrs Business Analyst with Documentation experience
  • 3+ years experience within FMCG/CPG company
  • 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Salsify.
  • MarTech ecosystem exposure specifically to DAM, PIM, and/or MRM platforms
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
  • Experience with BI tools for creating reports & dashboards (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, or Domo).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in a complex technical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Depth of experience with Salsify, Syndigo, Aprimo, or similar Marketing workflow tools are strongly preferred
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT developments and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms
  • Knowledge of the best computer security practices
  • Good research and analysis skills
