Position: Manager – Sales Operations

Join us as the Manager of Sales Operations and be a key player in optimizing sales processes to boost revenue growth. You'll oversee sales strategies, apply data analytics for improved performance, and lead a team towards success in combating cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Process Optimization:


- Evaluate current sales processes for enhancements.
- Implement strategies to streamline operations.
- Standardize lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting procedures.

2. Sales Strategy Development:


- Collaborate with sales leadership to execute effective strategies.
- Research market trends for growth opportunities.
- Create sales plans and revenue targets.

3. Data Analytics and Reporting:


- Use analytics tools to track sales metrics.
- Produce reports and dashboards for insights.
- Analyze sales data to drive decision-making.

4. Sales Tools and Technology Management:


- Implement sales tools for the team.
- Provide training and support for tool proficiency.
- Stay updated on sales technology and suggest improvements.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Align sales efforts with business goals through collaboration.
- Ensure smooth integration of sales systems with IT.
- Promote teamwork across departments.

6. Performance Management:


- Track sales performance and provide updates.
- Create incentive programs for motivation.
- Conduct performance reviews and offer coaching.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience in sales operations within cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
