Job Description

Purpose of this role is managing the Sales Operations and Customer support activities like Sales billing, logistics control, customer support (O2C processes) bringing effective communication interface to customers and end to end sales operations execution.

1. Customer service: Managing customer support department's day-to-day functions, responding to customer support issues and necessary communication to customers, working with TSS hotline team for timely closures of customer complaints.

2. Sales Operations: Managing entire sales operations activities like updating the customer master database / material master database, communicating on pending orders / ETA, coordination with Warehouse team for logistics, thus managing the overall order to Cash process from initial customer inquiry, order booking to invoicing.

3. Sales Billing and reporting: Ensure all activities leading towards billing to customers and sales reporting ensuring overall revenue realisation.

4. Inventory management: Overseeing planned and unplanned stocks in SAP to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability for customer demands.

5. VOC management: Timely management of customer issues, implement customer support processes and meeting customer expectations in general, so as to achieve highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction.

6. Material Planning Material planning follow up with Purchase and order follow up with Regional Sales Manager.

7. Program Management: Coordinate and monitoring various sales programs with support from Regional Sales Managers for smooth execution of programs at dealer locations

Qualifications

1. in Mechanical/Automotive OR MBA In operations or supply chain

yrs Experience in Customer support, Billing, Supply chain management activity and Sales operations

Additional Information

Skills Required:

1. Advanced levels of knowledge in SAP (SD MODULE) end user expert, Power BI.

2. Proficient in Power Point and MS Excel skills.

3. Proficient in leading a team and stakeholder coordination
