Manager - Customer Excellence

We are looking for the ideal person to join our team who can give the best experience to our customers and clients

An ideal candidate should be able to

  • Develop customer journey and to improve customer excellence through UI/UX or additional touch
points.

  • Understand the customer journey and implementing new initiatives within the organization to
improve the customer efficiency.

  • Develop the structure of the process to improve the customer experience by analyzing the process
quality.

  • Review and understand the business and build strategies which can be used for customer excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships whilst being aware of the varying customer cultures.
  • Ensure quality quotes / email communications are being sent out to the respective clients / vendors
  • Design and implement customer service standards and guidelines to ensure consistent and exceptional
service delivery for building customer relations.

  • Monitor and measure performance related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal)
