Roles & Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services.
Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions.
Be able to have a western accent and very fluent in American dialect.
Be willing to document on crm of calls placed and topic of discussion of there is some.

Be willing to accept incoming calls and eventually answering basic information and or make hotel reservations on behalf of the guest at our hotel.

Be willing to be very friendly to everyone who calls.
Be willing to wear Bluetooth devices to answer calls if required or handset
Be willing to learn new tasks and help others with their tasks.

Calls to be answered or placed between 3 PM and 11 PM IST Monday thru Saturday EST no calls whatsoever after this time block.

Willing to learn and do other daily tasks when required.

Requirements:

One or more years' experience of Tele sales and having a very fluent in American dialect
Strong customer service and telesales skills Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows
Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem solving and decision making skills
Know MS Office (Excel and Word)
