What you'll do:
- Lead Generation - Generate and engage with new and existing leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, etc.), to introduce our solutions and understand their needs.
- Client relationship management - Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and how our products can add value
- Sales target - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Operations - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to update the team on business progress.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Collaborate with team members across functions to improve the sales strategy and customer offerings based on market feedback.
What you should know:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in inside sales, ideally with exposure to the US market.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good experience in lead generation tools such as , Lusha etc.
- Good general knowledge about current affairs.
- Been a part of debating and quiz clubs in college/ high school (preferred).
- Exposure to the automotive domain (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
