What are we looking for?

A charismatic individual who is excited, passionate about speaking with dynamic businesses about their technology needs. You will interact with customers on a regular basis, most times daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Common touchpoints occur when qualifying potential opportunities, at project kickoff, throughout the engagement as progress is communicated, and at project close. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and business/IT executives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Align with the Google Sales team to generate qualified pipeline and closed business Guide opportunities through the initial stages of the engagement cycle.
  2. Work hands-on with Google sales to design specific territory campaigns, build awareness, educate and drive genuine interest Develop strategies designed to identify and qualify new business opportunities, and expand Searce's partnership within existing accounts.
  3. Communicate directly with prospects; recommend high-level solutions based on their needs; develop rapport and gather the information that will allow us to improve our relations, qualify the opportunity, and pass to Senior Consultants to close business.
  4. Meet or exceed revenue and performance metrics goals
  5. Input data in CRM in an accurate and timely fashion on all prospects/customer contacts
  6. Enthusiastically participate in sales meetings and training to improve your performance, enhance your skills and help build departmental expertise
  7. Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social platforms to continually generate, nurture, and follow up on potential opportunities
  8. Create, manage, and nurture relationships with Google field sales representatives & Google field sales leadership in your respective territory/region
  9. Increase the effectiveness of tools and communication channels by recognizing opportunities for innovation and proactively implementing new systems and processes

Qualification

  1. 1-3 years of experience with Inside sales/ Lead generation / Demand generation.
  2. Previous experience using customer relationship management software
  3. Experience in having high-level conversations with C-level executives
  4. Understanding of cloud computing and the business benefits which it provides
  5. The ability to present complex technology in a way non-technical people can understand
  6. Excellent presentation skills
  7. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  8. 'Gritty' work ethic & genuine drive to form new, strong relationships with potential customers & Googlers

Useful Qualifications:

  1. Previous outbound sales experience preferred
  2. Experience interacting with C-level executives
  3. Experience with technology preferred
