We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to contribute to shaping the future of engineering analytics.

What you will be responsible for?

  • Identify potential prospects and navigate organizational hierarchies to pinpoint key decision-makers.
  • Utilize various outreach methods to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, Linkedin Inmails, etc.)
  • Convert leads into business opportunities through persistent follow-ups.
  • Learn, utilize, and contribute to the enhancement of our demand generation process.
  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to progress the opportunities towards sales acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities from leads.
  • Demonstrate and impart strong sales and persuasion skills.
What we expect from you?

  • 2+ years of previous Business Development experience catering to APAC/US/EU clients in a SaaS/IT Product company is a plus.
  • Courageous attitude open to taking calculated risks.
  • Diligent and capable of conducting a high volume of outbound calls daily while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
