About the role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to excel in a fast-paced startup setting. This role offers the chance to join early and shape the company's future direction.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will have a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth. We are looking for someone proactive and driven with a can-do attitude.

What you'll be doing:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and email campaigns
  • Acquire new customers in target segments and manage a profitable pipeline by screening and qualifying prospects
  • Expand and maintain a prospect database
  • Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products/services, and nurture long-term relationships
  • Actively explore new business prospects
  • Conduct effective online and in-person demonstrations to potential clients
  • Close sales deals and meet monthly targets
  • Address inquiries from potential and existing customers
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and feedback
What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Prior sales experience in a startup or SaaS B2B environment is desirable
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Polished and engaging online video presence with experience in online demonstrations
  • Proficiency in business tools like Zoom, Google Meet, CRM, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening and presentation abilities
  • Effective organization and self-management skills
  • Inquisitive mindset with problem-solving abilities
