Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound will be key part of the Middle East growth team, based out of ZingHR’s India office. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in the Middle East & Africa Region through various communication channels, including calls and emails, aiming to generate interest, qualify leads, and connect prospects with the core sales team based in the Middle East office. This role is integral to achieving the revenue targets for the Middle East and Africa regions and expanding footprint of ZingHR in the region.


Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, or Bangalore, India

Work Mode: Full-time, Onsite (Work from Office)

Reporting To: Regional SDR Head

Experience: 2 to 6 years


Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Engagement: Manage a high volume of daily outbound interactions with prospective customers via phone, email, and other channels, to generate interest and qualifying leads.

Lead Management: Responsible for developing and managing a dynamic lead pipeline, and move numerous prospects through the sales funnel simultaneously, to execute strategic plans and exceed role-specific goals and targets. The candidate will regularly report on pipeline status.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: The role involves close collaboration with senior managers from marketing, sales, and operations to execute campaigns and improve processes including leveraging internal resources to achieve targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Identifying customer needs, building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and influencing their perspective on HR digital transformation will be key responsibilities.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business administration and related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in HCM/HRMS sales, lead generation, or equivalent experience in a high-velocity sales environment is require, with mandatory experience in cloud software/SaaS sales.
  • The candidate should be a fast learner, driven by action, with a passion for sales and digital transformation technologies, and ability to perform in globally dispersed work environment.
  • Strong customer orientation, self-motivation, and a goal-driven attitude are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • The candidate should possess the ability to excel in a fast-paced, globally dispersed work environment.
