JobDescription: We are currentlyseeking a Corporate Sales Manager for one of our esteemed clientsin the technology sector. The Corporate Sales Manager will beresponsible for driving business growth through B2B sales effortsparticularly focusing on establishing and expanding the corporateclientele base in designated regions. The ideal candidate shouldpossess strong leadership qualities a proven track record incorporate sales and the ability to thrive in a dynamicenvironment.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish SalesNetwork:
  • Identify and developnew markets including Tier 2/3 cities/zones to achieve regionalbusiness targets.
  • Manage and nurturerelationships with corporate clients (existing and potential) todrive growth and revenue objectives.
  • Cultivatea diverse portfolio of partners affiliates and agencies tofacilitate corporate acquisition and revenuegeneration.
  • OperationalEfficiencies:
  • Build track andmanage a pipeline of salesopportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets withincommercial complexes corporate entities and partnerorganizations.
  • Monitor performance using keyperformance indicators (KPIs) on a dailybasis.
  • Coordinate site installations betweencustomers and crossfunctional teams within ourorganization.
  • CustomerFocus:
  • Understand customerrequirements and effectively articulate problem statements totailor product offerings.
  • Develop and maintaindeep relationships with key decisionmakers (KDMs) within thecustomer portfolio to maximize value.
  • Create apipeline for upselling and crossselling opportunities to existingaccounts.
IdealCandidate Profile:
  • 2to 7 years of experience in corporate sales preferably in a B2Benvironment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills withexcellent organizationalabilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of takingownership and scaling up teams.
  • Proficiency inmeasuring and analyzing key performance indicators including ROIand KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently as wellas drive sales strategy for the team.
  • Startupexperience would beadvantageous.
