We arecurrently seeking an experienced professional to join the AMINSales & Distribution team.

The role isresponsible for managing the distributor channel network (viz BanksNational Distributors and IFAs) to ensure high mind share for ourproducts through innovative promotional schemes and deliveraggressive sales budgets.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Manage keyfocus distributors across Banks including Wealth and PersonalBanking Segment & NationalDistributors
  • Work closely with GroupDistribution entities to strengthen thenetwork
  • Build new distribution channels andpenetration opportunities within the IFAsegment.
  • Focusing and developing new areas interms of business expansion identifying potential counters toincrease market share.
  • Develop & ownRegional level relationships based out in theregion.
  • Manage key institutional clients in themarket
  • Demonstrate the right behaviors by doingbusiness the right way and live by HSBCvalues.

The role at times requires adirect interface with the client. A mature person with the abilityto promote & sell and discuss the markets with ease wouldbe an ideal fit.

Requirements

Qualifications

Thesuccessful candidate for this role will need to possess thefollowing skills and experience:

  • Agood understanding of mutual fundproducts.
  • Strong selling skills &commercial acumen
  • Good verbal and writtencommunication leadership and interpersonalskills
  • The inclination to work in a clientfacing sales role
  • Ideally a post graduate withat least 6 10 years of experience; AMFI certification isdesired
  • Candidates who do not meet theexperience / educational qualifications but have a passion formutual fund sales are also welcome toapply

Additional Information:

  • Mandatory to successfullycomplete AntiMoney Laundering and Sanctions training and postcourseassessment as required.
