Job Objective

To grow the liabilities portfolio (transacting accounts, term deposits and structured CMS and digital banking products) through new client acquisition, Portfolio deepening and cross sell across GTS, Fx and CBG products in the Region. Segment focus based on revenue pools available in nighe segments and sunrise industries like e commerce, travel, logistics, shipping. To improve DBS Bank Brand visibility and awareness by showcasing the unique products and services through engagement with Law Firms, Private Equity Firms, Chartered Accounts, Trade Associations

Principal Responsibilities :

Achieve defined annual top line and bottom line targets in the Region for LBR channel, by building a portfolio of clients for liabilities and assets through acquisition of transacting accounts, term deposits and other transaction banking products. Manage and Retain Relationships of acquired clients to deepen and improve DBS wallet share. Quick and timebound implementation of other products and services for faster realisation of revenues. Strict adherence to regulatory guidelines set out by RBI, CSIS and L&C. Support commercialisation of various product rollouts which cater to the needs of the identified Industry segment. Direct and Motivate the team with respect to client planning, strategy, marketing and origination initiatives for designated set of clients Responsible for hiring, growth and retention of LBRs.

Required Experience :


• Minimum 12 years' banking experience with at least 6 years at management level, in in managing profitable businesses in Retail Liabilities / Business Banking.

• Domain expertise in managing profitability, overseeing customer acquisition and quality of customers, enhancing wallet size, cross sell of other products, increasing penetration / share of DBS in chosen customer segments.

• Displayed ability to lead large matrix teams of senior professionals to execute a strategy aligned with region (with strong digital elements) with India experience.

• Proven experience of using Digital platforms and Alliances to acquire and service customers.

• Managed Exponential growth in business while maintaining quality of Portfolio, Customers, Employees and Profit Margins.

Education

• Degree from a recognized University, preferably majoring from a premier institute in marketing, finance or economics
