Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management business in the Region at a strategic and operational level
  • Supervise, coordinate, and monitor sales and distribution operations including sales, logistics, warehouse operations, and depot management
  • Engage with key stakeholders in the city including regulatory bodies, investors, promoters, and competitors
  • Manage annual budget and financial performance
  • Oversee technology implementation and ensure seamless information flow within the organization
  • Lead human resources activities including recruitment, training, and retention
