Job Description

Responsibility for attainment of stipulated sales targets (Top Line & Product category) for the region.
- Implementation of sales strategy in close consultation and agreement with company Management.
- Responsible for acquiring current market & competition data.
- Implementation of go to market plan/ strategy in close consultation and agreement with company Management.
- Responsible for new-customer acquisition and existing-customer management.
- Support for launch of new products.
- Management & analysis of CRM data and corrective actions based on CRM data.
- Will undertake implementations of HR policies & processes, including performance management within stipulated time.
- Monitoring monthly sales & new product launch results.
- Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and achieve revenue & collection targets.
- Establishing strategic process and liaising with influencers like Architects, MEP consultants, contractors and plumbers. And management of lasting loyal relationships.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree with MBA in Marketing Management. -
Bachelor's in engineering ( will be preferred -
10-15 Years of experience in technical sales.
Min 2 year as Regional/State Head.
Industry - Building Material Industry/Pipes company
Excellent Data analysis and presentation skills. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
