We are seeking dynamic B2B Business Development Leaders:

We are on the lookout for young Business Development Leaders with 3-5 years of experience who possess the ability to establish and oversee a network of Illumine's business development partners, empowering them to interact with clients. In addition, individuals who can engage with senior executives within organizations (CXO level) during the pre-sales phase. Those inclined to capitalize on the opportunity to shape a knowledge-centric business spanning various market segments, encompassing both India and international realms.

The current landscape is witnessing a significant transition towards a knowledge-driven economy, where knowledge plays a defining role in every facet of human endeavors. Even sales activities have transitioned into knowledge-centric practices, emphasizing the exchange of insights. At Illumine, Business Development is perceived as a knowledge-driven practice that requires a high level of proficiency and dedication.

The ideal candidate is expected to infuse a knowledge-centric approach into business development.

  • Proficient at gauging potential markets and pinpointing lucrative opportunities.

  • Capable of establishing connections and fostering trust-based, knowledge-enriched relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Skilled at handling substantial deals necessitating collaboration and co-creation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Profound understanding of knowledge products and frameworks, coupled with the ability to present them effectively.
  • Take full ownership of the complete business cycle - right from the initial contact (be it direct or through partners) to ensuring successful service delivery.
