International Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business opportunities for products & services for global markets, including, but not limited to, the US, AMEA etc in the Personal Care, Flavors and Nutrition division.
  • Generate highquality leads through coldcalling, cold emailing, attending physical & virtual conferences, social media outreach etc.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets, work with crossfunctional teams to overdeliver and implement sales and market strategy in line with global directives for the Personal Care Chemicals division.
  • Negotiate longterm contracts with (& act as an advisor to) key accounts.
  • Develop proposals & presentations for new business opportunities/deals.
  • Manage existing customers, handle key accounts and explore to upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by being process oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication skills.

Skills and Qualifications :

years experience in sales/business development along with extensive industry exposure and a strong network within the Cosmetics and Personal Care sector OR Flavors and Fragrance Sector.


  • Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills.
  • Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Should have an ability to work in highenergy, fastpaced crossfunctional teams.
  • Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
