JobDescription:

  • Identifyevaluate and implement new business opportunities that align withcompany goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate withthe BD Team during the pitching stage to ensure a positive outcomefor potential projects.
  • Communicate effectivelywith Architects Interior Designers and corporate clients tounderstand their requirements and specifications forprojects.
  • Develop strong relationships with keystakeholders to facilitate project specifications and successfulclosures.
  • Utilize technical and practicalknowledge of Business Management processes to drive sales growthand achieve targets.
  • Stay updated with industrytrends and market dynamics to capitalize on emergingopportunities.
  • Prepare and present regularreports on sales performance market trends and project pipelines toseniormanagement.

Requirements:

  • 3years of proven experience in Businessdevelopment.
  • Strong communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
  • Graduate MBA inBusiness Administration Marketing or a related field isrequired.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment and collaborate with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Technical knowledge orexperience in relevant fields is aplus.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolvingabilities to navigate complex businessscenarios.
  • Willing to operatefromMumbaiBengaluru &Delhi.
