JOB OVERVIEW
The role-holder is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with the company's target audience.

We are looking for a talented team member to contribute and support the planning and execution of projects across BCCI and IPL digital landscape.

Taking lead over various project aspects to help implement project goals as directed by the senior personnel within the Company's leadership hierarchy.

Communicating with stakeholders (internal & external) regarding project needs and goals. Scheduling meetings, generating RFPs (Request for Proposals) and maintaining project documents and reports.

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Mapping_

  • Conduct research and conduct market mapping to identify revenue & distribution opportunities for EPIC ON for B2B & B2C markets in India and globally.
  • Cold calling, Lead generation followed by meeting with decision makers.
  • Gather market intelligence about competitors and trends in OTT so, as know revenue areas.
  • Complete Market Mapping
  • Managing daytoday promotions, Traditional marketing (SMS, OBD, USSD, ECON), Digital marketing (google marketing, Affiliate marketing, Social Media platforms).

Revenue Generation_

  • Generate List of business partners
  • Responsible for commercial negotiations and closing deals.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
  • To create strategy and an executable plan for user/subscriber acquisition.
  • Responsible to execute the user acquisition strategy accordance to plan and well within timelines.
  • To meet targets assigned

Documentation and strategize _

  • Responsible to negotiate on various terms of agreements favoring our business for product pricing, revenue share, and payment terms.
  • Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.

Relationship Management_

  • Responsible to attend telco industry events to collaborate and build network.
  • Responsible for managing multiple projects and accounts involved in technical integrations with various customers nodes (Core networks, Billing Systems, SMS, and USSD platforms)
  • Coordinate and manage complete VAS platforms like SMS, USSD, WAP, Mobile App and Digital marketing
  • Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
  • Establish long term associations with key stakeholder and all major players in the industry.
  • Existing relationships within Telco/OEM/OTT/Coupons or Internet ecosystem.

Team Coordination_

  • Collaborate with various team to define, design, and ship new features integration.
  • Work with Finance team with respect to receivables and payables
  • Responsible to achieve the set goals

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • To be successful in this role the resource must be a social media enthusiast with media background, media lover, creative and passionate about work:
  • MBA preferred but not a pre-requisite.
  • Aggressive and gogetter, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, Prior experience in closing deals in international market.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing/Communications/Business Management/ Marketing or relevant field
  • 5+ years' experience in driving revenues for OTT/Telecom/or any Internetrelated business.
  • Existing relationships within international Telco/OEM/OTT/Coupons or Internet ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A good knowledge of Industrial events
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in running and managing user acquisition campaigns
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
