Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the financial services sector

Energy and Drive:
Self-starter with a proactive and energetic approach, capable of working independently and driving results

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Goal Orientation:
Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success and contribute to product enhancement

Global Mindset:
Adept at working in a diverse, multicultural environment
Proven experience in partnership development, strategic alliances, or business development roles.
Strong understanding of business and financial principles, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results.
Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of partnerships and alliances.
Willingness and ability to learn, grow as a leader, absorb and share best practices
Self-starter with the motivation to take on new challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to take ownership of process and outcomes
Effective business communication skills - both verbal and written
Good understanding of technology and Saa S products
Past experience in the Financial Services / Gaming / E-Commerce industry could be a plus

Identify potential partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
Conduct research and analysis to evaluate potential partners, market trends, and competitive landscape
Develop a partnership pipeline and proactively initiate discussions with potential partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate partnership feasibility and value proposition
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including negotiating and managing partnership agreements and contracts
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries
Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting and updates to internal stakeholders
Develop and implement partnership strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to define partnership goals, metrics, and success criteria
Identify and pursue opportunities to leverage partner capabilities, resources, and networks
Monitor industry and market trends to identify potential areas for strategic partnerships and alliances.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on partnership-driven revenue opportunities
Develop joint marketing and sales programs, campaigns, and initiatives with partners
Track and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic alliances and partnerships
