Role:

  • Handle end-to-end delivery
  • Execute strategic planning for new client acquisitions and existing accounts
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact between Clients and the Organization
  • Collect requirements from new and existing clients
  • Secure new leads and nurture existing client relationships
  • Ensure timely submissions and provide necessary information to clients for end-client submissions
  • Follow up with clients on submission progress
  • Engage in strategic planning and execution
  • Guide and inspire the team in profile sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
  • Maintain a high shortlist to interview to select ratio
  • Be actively involved in various activities to drive closures
  • Conduct information gathering on key stakeholders and hold meetings
  • Work from the customer location
  • Develop new business opportunities across verticals/geographies within assigned customers
  • Interact with stakeholders daily to identify immediate opportunities and fulfill them
  • Enhance wallet share and manage competition through efficient execution and agility
  • Take ownership of P&L for the business
  • Ensure invoicing accuracy and collections
  • Manage teams and people effectively

Skills:

  • Must have 8 to 15 years of experience in client and delivery management
  • Demonstrate self-drive and motivation for success
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
