JOB SUMMARY:

  • A senior contributor with the responsibility of managing customer relation and project pursuit at the targeted EPCs in Power, Refinery and petrochemical area.
  • This individual will be responsible for establishing a close relationship with Procurement, Project Management and Engineering Leads at the account.
  • This individual will work closely with Crane Overseas Regional offices teams of , Customer Service, Business Line Management, and other Crane ChemPharma & Energy Area Sales Managers to coordinate end user influence, product / competitive strategies and application focus.
  • EPC Manager will develop and own the overall account strategy including any AML positioning and product promotional plan. To interact with the clients and to provide application-based solutions.
  • Manage the Key accounts (end users & OEM's) and Distributors in the area / region.
  • To penetrate into new areas and increase the Customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement plan to achieve sales of all CPE Products.
  • Interacting with EPC's to drive Product Specs to gain share in different segments.
  • Developing contacts with EPC to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Drive annual Top Line and Bottom Line orders and sales growth for all Crane CPE products
  • Identify key decision influencers on targeted projects; interacting with them to ensure they understand Crane products and the value propositions for their applications.
  • Establishes a regular cadence of Lunch and Learn opportunities at the account targeted to the project backlog.
  • Competent in all products lines; uses BLM and Application Engineers as necessary.
  • Delivers Product and Application based training
  • Manages Terms and Conditions discussions with Crane legal support.
  • Responsible to Global EPCs operating from India for Global Projects.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • B.E or B. Tech Mechanical /Chemical / Production Engineering
  • Management graduates will be preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales & Business Development of engineered products
  • Successful previous experience working with selling equipment /components for different Industrial OEM's / EPC and End users highly desirable.
  • Exposure of Sales in different industrial vertical (Chemical, Pharma, Power and Oil & Gas)
