Your role and responsibilities

Coverage of Panel Builders and EPC players across the clusters and influencers in the area of operation within assigned territory

Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them

Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales

Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sales support

Developing a solid and trusted relationship with panel builders and EPC partners

Interacting with customer at regular intervals, understanding their needs and addressing problems or issues

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics or Mechanical Engg
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, working as individual contributor
  • Experience of direct Sales, account management and cross-selling
  • Knowledge of Panel Builder Segment and EPC market in Mumbai Region
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
