Ftv Mumbai is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Locator.

As a Property Locator, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and securing properties that align with our company's objectives and client needs.

This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Mumbai.


Responsibilities:

  • Property Identification: Utilize various resources, including online listings, networks, and industry contacts, to identify potential properties for sale or lease in Mumbai.
  • Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of properties to determine their suitability for our clients. This includes evaluating factors such as location, condition, amenities, and pricing.
  • Client Consultation: Communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences regarding property type, location, budget, and other criteria.
  • Property Showings: Coordinate and conduct property viewings for clients, providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners or their representatives on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector in Mumbai, providing valuable insights to clients and colleagues.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions and access to exclusive listings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a similar role, with a strong track record of successful transactions.
  • Indepth knowledge of the real estate market in Mumbai, including key neighborhoods, property types, and pricing trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/tools for property listings and market analysis.
  • Valid real estate license or certification (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

₹8, ₹44,533.21 per month
