KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Developand implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies toachieve company objectives.
  2. Conduct marketresearch to identify new opportunities and consumerpreferences.
  3. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns acrossvarious channels including digital social media email andtraditional marketing channels.
  4. Manage thecreation of marketing materials including but not limited toadvertising copy promotional materials and digitalcontent.
  5. Analyze marketing data and metrics tomeasure the effectiveness of campaigns and make datadrivendecisions to optimize performance.
  6. Monitorindustry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunitiesand threats.
  7. Build and maintain relationshipswith key stakeholders including customers partners andvendors.
  8. Manage the marketing budget andallocate resources effectively to maximizeROI.
  9. Lead mentor and develop a team ofmarketingprofessionals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; MBApreferred.
  • Proven experience in marketingmanagement with a minimum of X years of relevantexperience.
  • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing strategies and tools including SEO SEM social mediamarketing email marketing andanalytics.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctional teams.
  • Demonstratedability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovativemarketing solutions.
  • Strong analytical skillsand proficiency in interpreting marketing data andmetrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Experience managing a team ofmarketing professionals ispreferred.
