CANDIDATE SHOULD BE & REQUIREMENTS

Inside Sales selling City Partnership making them to join the premium fleet. It needs a certain level of expertise and indicators like:

- English proficiency Exposure and Knowledge of any of this:

- Basic knowledge of Fashion TV
- Minimum education as a Graduate
- Good business network
- Good knowledge of the city and its real
- Fair awareness about city trends and mindset
- Understanding of Franchisee Business Sales
- Strong desire to be rich and famous
- Developing & executing sales plans to meet sales targets & KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis
- Should acquire complete Knowledge of the Business (Product, Process, Company)
- Growing Business through the development of new leads & new contacts
- Build & maintain relationship with current & potential clients
- Expected to do 200+ & 4 Hours of Talk Time calls on daily basis
- Scheduling frequent con calls / zoom calls of prospects with Senior Management.
- Manage Day to Day Operations as per process set guidelines (Complete call process)
- Maintaining Daily Activity Reports (D3L) & Managing Team too, Attending daily

Briefing/Discussion of day to end of day reports with Senior Management.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA

This placement will be a part of the Sales & Marketing team for onboarding City partners.
- Accountable for generating leads over the calls with potential prospective clients & partners across PAN

India for channel partners/ city partners.
- Should have excellent communication skills/ presentation skills to convey potential online distribution/ sales over cities to city partners.
- You will be next Relationship manager for your clients, Helping them to open more Business verticals in their cities
- You will design a suitable sales pitch to address each channel partner, city partner, sales development to get onboarded to acquire new city partners across the cities.
- You will maximize the output of each city partner, sales development, appointing in each city to motivate, chase, drive & train them in each city, to get maximum revenue output out of that.
- You will analyses the sales and potential in the various channel modes for forging business for each city partner.
