DigiLantern is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and an enthusiastic individual who can tackle HR challenges, enhance our workplace culture, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Incumbent will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program, assessing their competitiveness and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, keeping up with changes in employment legislation.
Nurture a positive working environment by developing strong employer-employee relationships and promoting company values.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and other HR issues in a confidential and sensitive manner.
Conduct and analyze exit interviews, making recommendations for improvements.
Provide decision support through HR metrics and data analytics.
Coordinate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven working experience as an HR Generalist apart from recruitment (3+ years preferred).
Deep understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Additional HR training or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) will be a plus.
