Job ObjectiveLead Learning & Development activities for the entire organization: plan, execute and monitor trainings across departments, prepare & design training programs, maintain central repository of training materials and identify opportunities for employee productivity improvement to build competent workforce for current & future needs of organizationKey Responsibility AreasIdentify training needs for employees in coordination with department HODs and map skill gaps against desired level of competenciesPrepare annual training calendar and rolling 3 months’ plan along with HR Head and in consultation with other HODs, review the execution of the rolling plan at month end and revise for next 3 monthsPlan & develop training programs and objectives, evaluate resources required for conducting training sessions, explore and shortlist relevant external faculties and finalize the same along with HR headPrepare plan for development of internal trainers and execute the planEnsure statutory training requirements are met and execution of the trainings as per the planning, address reasons for deviationPrepare departmental budget for Learning & Development activities, track spending against the same and take appropriate actionsConduct orientation program for new joinerCreate central repository of training documents by obtaining and /or developing effective training materials utilizing variety of mediaManage central database of training documents and review it periodically, oversee access rights of the databaseConduct follow-up studies on all completed trainings, take employee feedback and identify areas of improvementMonitor training effectiveness: supervise and monitor progress made through training programs, by interviewing departmental and functional heads and providing questionnaires to respective employeesManage delivery of training and development programs either through in person classroom sessions or virtually

QualificationMin. qualification required - Graduation in any streamOther desired qualifications - Post-Graduation in Human Resource ManagementRelevant ExperienceMin. no. of years of relevant experience required4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management2 to 3 years in Training & DevelopmentKnowledge and Skills RequiredGood leadership and motivational skills.Communication & interpersonal skills.Attention for detail and high level of accuracy while managing complex taskFamiliar with different online/offline training mediumsMS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
