  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews
  • Prepare documents for hiring, exit, and onboarding candidates
  • Plan, monitor, and conduct employee engagement activities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Maintain employee databases and other dashboards


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
