Internship Duration : 6 months
Stipend : 10,000 INR per month
Key responsibilities:
- Shortlist candidates for job postings on various platforms
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Prepare documents for hiring, exit, and onboarding candidates
- Plan, monitor, and conduct employee engagement activities
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Maintain employee databases and other dashboards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• .5 - 2 years of experience in HR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrate leadership skills
