Job Responsibilities

Attendance, Leave & Payroll

  • Ensure monitoring and consolidation of all attendance as per policy
  • Leave management and tracking of individual employee leave balances as per policy
  • Ensure capturing, consolidation and verification of all payroll inputs (attendance/Leave/New Joinee/exit/transfer etc) from all units for Wages & Salary.
  • Processing of Wages & Salary of all units through HRMS (Adrenalin)
  • Approval from respective functional head/unit head post processing of monthly payroll
  • Variance report current month Vs last month payroll
  • Final approval from MD on the monthly payroll
  • Advise to bank for wages/salary transfer
  • Uploading data in HRMS for accessing payslip by employees

Compliances & Liaisoning

  • Timely submission of monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly of all statutory compliances report/returns/challans.
  • Ensure all register/abstract/forms are duly fill as per given timeline in all the units
  • Visit and maintain harmonious relationship with all government officials (PF/ESI/Bonus/Gratuity/Factory/Labour Office Shop & Estt Act etc etc.
  • Managing and maintaining all audit related data for all unit/ location/ internal & External agencies
  • Ensure and coordinate to LIC for gratuity related cases and timely payment of the same.

Final Settlement

  • Ensure timely closure of Final settlement of resigned employees as per Exit SOP
  • Closing of resigned employee personal file with complete documentations

HR Operations

  • Creation of Employee Master in HRMS software (Adrenalin) along with Employee Code
  • Verification of all employees reimbursement as per policy
  • Timely Resolving all employees HR related queries and do root cause analysis to mitigate system & process challenges
  • Timely completion of probation confirmation of employees and releasing letters on time

Reports & MIS

  • Monthly MIS to be provided to Head HR by 2nd of every month
  • HR Analytics Data for monthly review related to last month 15th of every month

Employee Engagement

Timely execution of employee engagement and R&R Activities as per plan
