KeyResponsibilities:
JD ContractReviewer

Key Responsibilities:
Review analyzeand interpret contracts including but not limited to serviceagreements
licensing agreements and nondisclosureagreements.
Ensure contracts are in compliance withCiscos policies relevant laws and regulatory
requirements.
Identify potential risks or issues withincontracts
Provide clarification on contract language andterms to stakeholders.
Negotiate contract terms withinternal and external parties as required.
Maintain adatabase of contracts and ensure that all agreements areproperly
documented and filed.
Stay updatedwith companys policy changes that may affect the company'scontracts.
Work closely with the legal team to clarifycontract language as required.
Generate weekly reportson noncompliant contracts to share with keystakeholders.
Escalate and resolve contract issuescoordinating discussions among billing team and
CustomerSuccess Teams

Required Skill:
Prior experience working as a contract reviewer or a related jobrole
Accuracy and high attention to detail
Provide contractrelated issue resolution both internally and withthe legal team
Coordinate and deal with stakeholders tokeep everyone on the same page.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in law BusinessAdministration or related field.
Proven experience as aContract Reviewer Paralegal Contract Manager or similarrole.
Strong understanding of legal terminology contractdrafting principles and risk
management.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and interpret multiple contractssimultaneously.
Strong negotiation skills and theability to resolve complex issues.
Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal.
