You ll be the360degree Recruitment Consultant Emerging Markets for Anzaa andwill report directly to the Managing Partner based in Dubai.


ClientManagement &Delivery Manage the endtoendrecruitment process for global vacancies ensuring a seamless andefficient client & candidate experience.

Gather comprehensive job briefings fromManaging Partner and client respectively to understand theirrequirements and develop accurate and compelling job posts thatattract top talent.

Efficiently manage andutilise the applicant tracking system managing dataefficiently Maintain Talent mapping sheetsfor each role assigned. Proactively sourceand conduct outreach to passive candidates to build a robust talentpipeline. Screen resumes and applicationsto shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements andorganizational fit. Conduct initial phonescreens and interviews to assess candidate suitability andfacilitate the selection process. Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring timely communicationwith candidates and interview panel members. Maintain accurate and uptodate deliverysheets.

Collaborate closely with hiringmanagers to evaluate and select the most suitable candidatesConduct reference checks and background screenings as required bythe client for selected candidates.

Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talentincluding the use of social media networking events and othercreative methods.
BusinessDevelopment Identifying generating new businessopportunities across India Middle East Africa and Eastern Europemarkets. Preparing action plans gatheringdata and schedules to identify targetmarket. Preparing and maintaining masterreport of entire activities which includes daily activities leadsfollowup closings future prospects and adherencegoals.

Cold Calling Visiting ClientsBusiness Networking generating leads using BusinessRelationships.
