Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at BigCity. This position involves more than just creating content; it requires a mix of research, strategy, and creativity to boost our brand presence.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a love for marketing and a talent for crafting compelling stories across different platforms.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content like blogs, reports, email campaigns, social media posts (Instagram & LinkedIn), whitepapers, videos, and sales materials.
  • Develop and update sales kits and promotional decks for market distribution.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to improve content visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager and team to generate, plan, and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain high-quality content standards, ensuring all materials align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Content Writing, Copywriting, or a similar Marketing Communications role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, technical writing, and storytelling.
  • Proficient in email marketing tools like MailChimp or Zoho Campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of podcasting or design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A vibrant personality.
