Position: Global Marketing Automation & Execution Specialist
Location: Remote (Bangalore)
Reporting to: Sr. Manager, Global Marketing Automation & Execution
Works with: Global Marketing Automation Team - Central Digital Marketing
Expertise: 1 - 3 years
Timings: Flexible (EMEA/Day shift)
**Summary of the Role**
Deploys Pall marketing automation program to drive engagement and funnel growth. This includes operational implementation and testing of lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, and automated communications programs within the marketing automation tool to continuously improve conversion rates. Is assigned projects to execute MA operations through marketing technology systems (typically MA and CRM) to help realize the business objectives. The specialist is also responsible for keeping the lead flow processes moving efficiently between all systems. Partners with peers and Marcom teams globally to ensure marketing automation plans and campaign calendar is in line with agreed tasks and OTD. Partners with core and cross functional teams on best practices to help building integrated campaign journeys and launches digital marketing automation campaigns as per the tactical plans shared by Marcoms.
**Specific Responsibilities that you would own**
- Deploys Pall marketing automation program to drive engagement and funnel growth
- Owns digital marketing automation best practices and standards within the organization, including Reporting.
- Assists in the deployment of content assets, banner ads, paid media programs and digital experiences that are part of marketing campaigns
- Designs, pilots, launches and reviews attributed Demand generation campaigns (with TM peers)
- Works with MA team closely to extend support on digital marketing automation activities based on demand and workload.
- Supports the execution of marketing campaigns across various marketing tech stack, specifically; MA, CRM and Webinar platforms
- Organizes and provides data for analysis for continuous improvement on quality and efficiency of campaigns.
- Support the management of the contact database using list import.
**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a B to B marketing role
- Prior or current experience working in marketing automation operations
- Demonstrated success in a Marketing role or significant responsibilities independently managing projects
- Work experience with technical business groups and geographical regions.

- Prior experience with Marketo or other equivalent MA platforms
- Good to have prior programming/scripting language experience.
