  • Strategic Brand and Range Selection:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as brand managers, product development teams, and marketing teams to align brand strategies with Amazon's platform requirements and target audience.
  • Growth Strategy Execution on Amazon:
    • Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to Nykaa's presence on Amazon, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Utilise marketing investments effectively to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion on the Amazon platform.

  • Vendor Model Evaluation:
    • Assess different vendor models available on Amazon, including 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central), to determine the most suitable approach for Nykaa's products.
    • Collaborate with Amazon account managers to negotiate terms, optimise operations, and maximise profitability under the chosen vendor model.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Regularly monitor key performance metrics on Amazon, such as sales performance, traffic trends, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of optimisation within the Amazon channel.
    • Generate insights and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement and achieve growth targets.
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience on Amazon Platform and overall 6+ years of experience in channel management, preferably within the e-commerce sector, with a focus on Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's platform dynamics, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and optimising performance metrics on Amazon.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management capabilities.
