Responsibilities:
- Proficiently handle the data tracking and financial aspects of customer accounts using Rapid Tracker.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and manage customerrelated data effectively, ensuring accurate reporting and decisionmaking.
- Thoroughly verify customer documents to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns, find winwin solutions, and maintain customer loyalty.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Develop an indepth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers and assist them in achieving their business goals.
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, understanding their unique requirements, and guiding them through the implementation of our products into their manufacturing processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze customer usage data and product adoption metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancing customer success.

Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
