Motivate and lead key accounts sales team to achieve desire objectives set by company.
Enhance merchandising and ensure rightful planogram space.
Negotiate favourable TOT contracts with institutional sales chain.

Ensure correct pricing of products and work closely with sales head and area managers overseeing traditional supermarkets and other retail outlets.

Provide trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligent to company.
Manage accounts receivable, responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts if any.
Monitor sales promoters/ merchandisers at institutional sales outlets.
Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters.
