We specialize in all types of Horticultural crops both Fruits and Vegetables. Fyllo has saved 100+Bn liters of water, 14+ Mn Kg of Carbon emissions and reduced pesticide and fertilizer usage by 30%. More than 85% of Fyllo-managed farms bring export quality produce and are in accordance with Global GAP practices. We have deployed 7000+ IoT devices across Maharashtra and in areas of MP, Gujarat, Punjab, and Jharkhand covering 50000+ acres and 5000+ farmers. We support all horticulture, plantation, and fiber crops. Fyllo was founded in 2019 and has grown in the last 4 years by leaps and bounds with top line doubling every year. Currently, the team size is 50 with more than half of the team in sales. Fyllo started is operation in Nashik district of Maharashtra and has now expanded its footprint across the states in India and would be soon starting its operations in Europe and Africa as well.
About the Role:
Managing the sales process for the region both B2B and B2C including planning and executing the demand generation activities. Strategies and manage the channel expansion. Design and execute channel promotion and business promotion schemes to ensure sales maximisation. Manage collections and receivables. Work with the regional agronomist and the product development team to design and execute the market development activities. Provide feedback to the leadership on product pricing, competitor activities and how to counter those.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
M.SC/B.SC(Agri)/B.Tech (Agri)/MBA - Agri
Required Skills:
- Candidate should be M.SC/B.SC(Agri)/B.Tech (Agri) or MBA Agri with 15 plus years of experience and a good academic record right through from his school.
- Should have worked in large agri-input companies in sales and marketing and heading a state/region for atleast 3 years.
- Strong commercial acumen, team and channel handling experience.
- Good communication skills and should be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic computer skills with MS Office.
- Role requires extensive travelling of more than 15 days a month.
