Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Kolkata. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring effective communication. The role also involves performing clerical tasks to support executive-level personnel.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
Organize efficient contact between the executives' and company's clients
Administer calls٫ messages and daily correspondence
Attend events as assigned٫ taking dictation and minutes and keeping the corresponding data
Arrange meetings٫ appointments and travels٫ providing reminders
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Prepare reports٫ presentations and briefs

Qualifications
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in clerical tasks
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Relevant experience in administrative roles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
