Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team, focusing on domestic IT staffing in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals across various domains, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and meeting our clients' IT staffing requirements.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize different sourcing methods like job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to attract IT professionals.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for IT roles.
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future staffing needs.

Recruitment Process:

  • Collaborate closely with IT hiring managers to comprehend technical requirements and job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers or technical panels.
  • Aid in negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process for selected IT candidates.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Provide regular updates and feedback to IT candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain consistent communication with IT candidates to foster relationships for future opportunities.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Keep accurate and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or database.
  • Produce recruitment reports and metrics to monitor progress and performance against IT recruitment objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of IT recruitment experience, preferably in the domestic staffing sector.
  • Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills in various domains.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with IT candidates and hiring managers.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and oversee multiple IT recruitment processes concurrently.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving IT recruitment targets and deadlines.
