Position:
IT Recruiter (Domestic Staffing)

Location:

IndiaOverview:We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team specializing in domestic IT staffing in India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals across various domains, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and contributing to our clients' IT staffing needs.


Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, , and referrals to attract IT professionals.
Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for IT positions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future staffing requirements.

Recruitment Process:
Collaborate closely with IT hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job descriptions.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers or technical panels.
Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected IT candidates.

Candidate Relationship Management:
Provide regular updates and feedback to IT candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain ongoing communication with IT candidates to build and nurture relationships for future opportunities.

Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or database.
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and performance against IT recruitment goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the domestic staffing industry.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills across various domains.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms, including job boards, , and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with IT candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple IT recruitment processes simultaneously.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting IT recruitment targets and deadlines.
