Associate - VMO - US Staffing

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management, staffing, or recruitment, with a focus on USA IT staffing preferred.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in vendor management tools and recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
- Identify and onboard new staffing vendors as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor escalations and issue resolution.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to optimize vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to USA staffing and recruitment.
- Mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including contract disputes, compliance issues, and data security concerns.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in staffing and recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Legal, Finance, and Hiring Managers, to align staffing and recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on vendor performance, recruitment activities, and staffing metrics.
- Partner with Tag Leaders for new initiatives such as Employer Branding, DE&I, Referral etc.
