Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and outcome-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in propelling our growth by exploring new business prospects, managing client relations, and advocating our IT staffing services. The ideal candidate should have a proven history in sales, business development, and a profound grasp of the IT staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business prospects in the IT staffing industry.
    • Create and implement strategic sales strategies to attain revenue goals.
    • Conduct market analysis to spot industry trends and potential clients.
    • Establish and sustain a sturdy sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Foster robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Comprehend client requirements and offer customized staffing solutions.
    • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Forge and execute effective sales strategies to fuel growth.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
    • Conclude contracts and finalize deals to meet or surpass sales targets.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership:
    • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand candidate capabilities and availability.
    • Work with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
    • Offer mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
    • Analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and expansion.
    • Produce routine sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the IT staffing sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Solid comprehension of the IT staffing market and industry patterns.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
