Job Summary:

We arelooking for a dedicated and customerfocused Relationship Officer tojoin our team at NBFC Name. The Relationship Officer will beresponsible for building and maintaining strong relationships withclients understanding their financial needs and providing tailoredfinancial solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellentcommunication skills a strong sales background and a deepunderstanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and RelationshipManagement:
    • Identifyand acquire new clients through various channels includingreferrals networking and direct sales.
    • Buildand maintain strong longterm relationships with clients byunderstanding their financial needs and providing personalizedsolutions.
    • Conduct regular meetings andfollowups with clients to review their financial status and offernew products and services.
  • Sales and BusinessDevelopment:
    • Promoteand sell a range of financial products and services offered by theNBFC including loans investments and insurance products.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set bythe company.
    • Develop and implement effectivesales strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and retainexisting ones.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service byaddressing client inquiries resolving issues and offering expertadvice on financial matters.
    • Ensure a highlevel of client satisfaction by delivering prompt accurate andprofessional service.
  • Market Research andAnalysis:
    • Stayupdated on market trends competitor activities and industrydevelopments.
    • Provide insights and feedback tomanagement on market conditions and client preferences.
    • Identify opportunities for crossselling and upsellingfinancial products.
  • Compliance andDocumentation:
    • Ensureall client interactions and transactions comply with companypolicies and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintainaccurate and detailed records of client interactions transactionsand sales activities.
    • Prepare and submitregular reports on sales performance client feedback and markettrends.
